The need
We have just inherited a 400k CRM database after our brand
acquisition. It's in a different market and we don't know
anything about our client base. We are also unsure how much of
this base is still active customers that we can market to.
What we did
We undertook a six month journey to transition the CRM data to a healthy state
and unearth opportunities to give the client confidence in the data.
